Essentials Support

A monthly support for small businesses requiring consistent support to stay organised and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks.

Includes:

  • Inbox management, including sorting, flagging, drafting, and sending responses

  • Calendar and appointment scheduling

  • Client communication via email

  • Document formatting, including quotes, templates, and basic documents

  • File organisation (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)

  • Data entry

  • General administrative tasks limited to routine, process-based activities

  • Quote and enquiry support, including:

    • Preparing quotes based on client-provided information

    • Sending quotes via email

    • Following up on quotes via email

  • Light financial administration, including:

    • Invoice creation and sending

    • Payment tracking

    • Email follow-ups on outstanding invoices

Excludes:

  • Phone calls, video calls, or verbal communication with clients or their customers unless agreed in writing

  • Sales activities, including negotiation, lead conversion, or outbound outreach

  • Debt collection activities beyond email follow-ups

  • Bank reconciliations, backlog processing, or large-scale data entry projects

  • System setup, restructuring, or administrative clean-up work

  • Tasks requiring specialised knowledge, independent decision-making, or technical expertise

Any tasks falling outside the agreed scope of services will be quoted separately and are not included within standard support. Growth Support

A monthly support fFor businesses experiencing growth and requiring more consistent, hands-on administrative and financial support.

Includes everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Increased administrative capacity and priority support

  • Accounts payable support, including entering and tracking bills

  • Ongoing transaction entry and categorisation based on existing client or accountant setup

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Regular financial administration maintenance

  • Minor workflow and organisational improvements

Excludes:

  • Communication outside of email unless agreed in writing

  • BAS or IAS preparation or lodgement

  • Tax advice, GST classification decisions, payroll compliance, or financial interpretation

  • Communication with the Australian Taxation Office

  • Sales calls, negotiation, or outbound outreach

  • Debt collection activities beyond email follow-ups unless agreed in writing

Includes:

  • Inbox clean-up and restructuring

  • File and document organisation

  • Administrative process creation and documentation

  • Workflow setup for recurring tasks

  • Business admin reset and optimisation

Excludes:

  • Ongoing support beyond the agreed project scope

  • Financial advice, BAS services, payroll compliance, or tax-related work

  • Sales activities or client-facing calls
